TORONTO.BLACK provides this notice to explain the handling of identification documents submitted by customers and members, the process for requesting their destruction, and the choices available for website cookies and tracking.

Identification Documents and Access

Identification copies submitted to TORONTO.BLACK are accessible only to our registration department. If you have a question about a document you have submitted or who can access it, please contact us using the privacy enquiry details below. Do not send additional identification documents with a general enquiry.

Retention of Identification Copies

Submitted identification copies are retained until the customer or member requests their destruction. Our current practice does not set a fixed automatic deletion date. Customers and members who no longer wish their identification copies to be retained should submit a destruction request by email.

Requesting Destruction

Send your request to info@toronto.black with the subject Identification Destruction Request. State clearly that you want your submitted identification copies destroyed. To help us locate the relevant submission, provide the name and email address used when registering. Please do not attach another identification copy or include identification document numbers in the email.

This request concerns submitted identification copies. If you also wish to ask about your membership, account information or other records, please identify those matters separately so that the scope of your request is clear.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The website has Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel installed for analytics and marketing. These tools relate to website activity and visitor interactions. Cookie preferences are managed separately from requests concerning identification documents.
